The fetish is a question of whether you want birthing or gore.

In gore its like a horror film where the "offspring" eat their way out of the mother. Considering wasps have parasitic offspring that do that, you know where it came from.

Personally, I'd prefer consent, though I might be fine with rape as long as it wasn't too serious, I've seen relatively happy endings even with rape without dire consequences. :p
