Bullet is Ragna's daughter from the future. Maybe with Noel (What? Tsubaki comes from an inbred family and she turned out mostly fine.)

That or she's a female clone of Ragna or an alternate dimension version of him

Just to clarify, inbreeding for humans doesn't have much of an effect the first generation or so. It's if the inbreeding continues for many generations that the messed up babies start showing up.

All these theories are cool and all but..I just think it'd be awesome if she was ragna's stalker/ secret admirer that goes after him all gasai yuno (but worse) style or something similar.

I mean she IS a bounty hunter. It would be lol-ish if she got "Obsessed" with trying to track him down.

I just though of a completely random idea about Bullet's origin. What if, seeing she's named Bullet, looks like and resembles Ragna an awful-lot, fights similar to Makoto and has what appears to be a green Azure Grimoire on her glove, she's an amnesiac Noel from the distant future, a la Hakumen being future Jin?

Of course, they would pretty much ruin it if they give her the same VA as Noel, though Christina Vee does have some decent range, so she could pull it off
