I've been looking around for more and I found out the artist is Frapper Spirits. I've come to this conclusion:

I believe he added this animated gif to create a bit of an opening to the usual video.

Whether or not you find the video with the 'facial ending' is a gamble though. Most people who post this video cut it off just before her face gets covered because there's a fade from the main video just before it.
