@Anony2 - Yes it's possible, you can turn off the Ethnic settings where you can strip completely and have intercourse. They touch on it in the manga between Asuna and Kirito. When Kirito asks about them sleeping together. He didn't know about that feature since it wasn't in the beta. But she knew about it from other females in her alliance.
