palkia will use spaciel rend to bend it back to normal, dialga will rewind time so it would be back to its old self (dialga, the one thing that can give back virginity, hymen and all) arceus, well its a god so it can fix it however or whenever it wants, suicune is the eccence of purification(well you see were im going with that one), bill once fused his dna with a pokemon, so she could always combine dna with deoxys dna for the healing factor then defuse to be back to normal(or not, that could come in handy)
what im trying to say is in the pokemon world legendary pokemon solve all your problems,one way or another
