I feel it's more of a reference to the Vocaloid song Alice Human Sacrifice seeing as how they talk about the different Alices and how they came to that world, but I've never seen Rozen Maiden so I'm not sure.

I'm Anon one, Rozen Maiden is about a bunch of dolls fighting each other to aquire their Roza Mystica, which is their source of power and life, and the doll who gets all the Roza Mysticas become the perfect girl Alice.

Its the vocaloid reference, but as a fan of Rozen Maiden i could see how easily one could mistake it too. Alot of similar imagery was used in the manga and OPs
