Looks like some artist has just jacked Ark Morrigan's faces for Morrigan and Lilith and slapped them onto those two here.

Turns out anon2 was right. Ark actually didn't draw this since instead of being on his site or his pixiv he just has it bookmarked. So whoever this other artist is, he knows.
