Good question one I'd like answered myself. Probly cuz of the backstory of the hentai with the beastmen getting a spell that turned them into people taken off.

Basically this is what happens:
Catue returns to her kingdom (after a mission/training trip or whatever) to find it overrun with demons who rape every woman in sight. Catue confronts the demon general ginyol and tries to kill him, and fails. Catue is then offered a deal by ginyol that if she can last 7 days of sexual humiliation and torment he and his army shall leave and never return. So Catue agrees and basically goes through rape hell, though she is eventually reunited with her fiancée Jindrak only to have ginyol turn him into a demon dragon and yeah you get what happens.
So 7 days pass and Catue has survived the trials and now must face the last, kill the transformed Jin and save the kingdom, or spare him and lose it all. Naturally she tries but can't bring herself to do it, so she fails and ginyol attempts to turn her into the first female demon dragon but the transformation fails halfway, ginyol discovers that only men of dragundaala can be turned fully (since all inhabitants of dragundaala have a draconic ancestry and therefore have dragon blood in them.) but women can't due to recessive gene's and such.
So eight months pass and the kingdom has fallen, Catue has been broken completely (the blond her mother was much earlier in the series) and has been impregnated by Jin (you'll see how this is true) after being raped by him the many times.
Ginyol decides to leave basically cause he's bored and portals away to his realm.
*SPOILER ALERT*
One night not long after ginyol's and the majority of his armies departure, in the main chamber of the castle various women are being raped (including Catue's mother) by the remaining demons, and what of Catue well...
In the back of the room Catue is seen havig anal sex (while bound by tentacles) with transformed Jin and appears to be in her last month of pregnancy.
The tentacles leave her after stripping her of her clothing and such and then her water breaks.
Catue goes into labor, all while being plowed anally by Jin then after a few minutes...

So yeah that's pretty much the series in a nutshell and the Birth scene is only found in the Princess Night Catue DVD BOX Set.
You can find Raw mp4's of the entire set online but no one has subbed the birth scene and most likely never will.
