Could have been a lot worse... He could've gotten Kodachi on the hook... Or, for the truly nightmarish option: Cologne.
With those alternatives in mind, a perky redhead (even if she's actually a man normally), sounds preferable to me. Especially since's she's so obviously willing to put out.
