Am I the only true pervert who's found this image and felt the need to comment? I guess so, I FIND IT VERY HOT! This picture is EXCELLENT! And before anyone even replies, just because the amputations are fresh doesn't mean that she was unwilling or that they were unnecessary. They could be doctor and patient for all we know! Falling in love because you have frost bite on all your limbs and the best treatment is amputation so you meet a doctor that can perform the surgery and she happens to want to do some freaky kinky stuff with your tongue and nipples and you're more than happy to please her!? The piercings don't seem as bad as what appears to be nails in her breast. Although with the piercing, it seems like it'd be hard/nearly impossible to talk (without pain) and she'd have to be careful about how she's reacting to any pain. (No pulling her head back or whatever).
