Nope. Ruby's much stronger. He kicked a Salamence's ass using his bare hands. Grown men have to be physically trained well in order to beat up a bear, but Ruby knocked out a PSEUDO-LEGENDARY DRAGON by himself.

However, they pretty much are the physically strongest characters in Adventures.
