Bigger explanation; in the left we see Red from Pokemon where all the little monsters are pretty cute as the almost official mascot Pikachu, in the right we see Raidou from Shin megami tensei where almost all the monsters are a little... ugly because most of them are demons, so what we have here is a reaction from both them when their world is mixed.
Sorry if I had some bad grammar but I felt like I had to explain to make some people understand the joke.
