Technically speaking, it's impossible for her to have a child, at least like this. You need 2 pairs of chromosomes and you get 1 set from each parent. Since Okuu is "impregnating" herself, she's only giving one pair of chromosomes from her sperm and one from her egg, both of which have the exact same chromosomes. Since this isn't exactly doable in nature, either she'd end up with a miscarriage or a severely defect baby.
Y'know, just thought I'd let you know. The image is still hot.

^I only barely passed freshman biology in college, but I know enough that you've got that much wrong. Assuming she produces both viable sperm and viable eggs, there's nothing preventing them from forming a viable zygote if they come in contact. Also, for each pair of chromosomes in the parent, it's random which of the pair will go to the sperm or egg, so while clone and "every pair of chromosomes are two-of-a-kind" are possible, but very unlikely. The probablities involved are like flipping a pair of coins 23 times an getting nothing but heads-tails or tails-heads(for clone) or getting nothing but heads-heads or tails-tails(for each pair matching). Numerically, this comes to (1/2)^23 or approximately 1 in 8 million.
I also think it worth noting that many flowers are hermaphrodite self-pollonaters.
Of course, real-life biology need not apply, but self-impregnation isn't as unrealistic as a fully functional human hermaphrodite.

Anon6 is right. The "pairs" are simply the genetics that the parents CAN give to the child. From each parents, only one genetic is chosen, one from the sperm and one from the egg. So if you can produce both sperm and eggs, then your sperm will give one genetic and your egg can give one genetic, and because the given genetics are actually copies, it is possible for the sperm and the egg to give the same genetic. Therefore, self-impregnation is indeed possible, assuming the sperm and the egg came from the same person.

Everyone is discussing if she can impregnate herself, and nobody is talking about how much it would hurt to bend your dick backwards like this
