You would expect me of all people to hate this image, but I like to think of 'Punk Lilly' here, as I call her, to be the result of Billy messing her about once too often. Whereupon, she snaps and takes over as the new Geese Howard and uses Billy as her own personal footstool, in the vein of: "You'll stay right there, where I can keep an eye on you, Big Brother!" (^_^)
