And then, in it's first battle after drawing with a Latios, he looses to a fucking Snivy. A Snivy just given to a rookie trainer. Pikachu should have defeated that thing with a finger flick, but it's like it resets to level 1 every time it travels to a different region.

Yeah, Pokemon logic.

O well Latios is overrated anyway, Magikarp can OHKO it with a splash attack! talk about a epic flail for a legendary dragon type and everyone knows pikachu always wins. Pikachu can easily take out 100 Latios with a thunderbolt from the sky!
