Anon2, surely you mean a 3-legged race? The sack race is one person in a potato sack, entirely different. :)

And I'd imagine how it feels for conjoined twins to walk depends very much so on how and where they're conjoined. Most cartoon/anime conjoined twins are neatly joined at some point on the side (hips, waist, down the entire side, etc), while some real-life conjoined twins are often not so lucky (back-to-back, at the head, facing each other...)
