not all the slimes are the same, nor are these comics... I think it is very clear that they're either from the same author before the manga was publish or anime was coined, or a veerrry inspired artist who copied that world,

but if you watch the anime, The creator even left note-cards in each episode saying "yeah this girl was "such and such" but there's 3 other types of that breed too!, and they're this that and this! each with differences!

And Clearly, This slime, That dullahan, that Centaur, That lamia, That Mermaid, That Harpy, etc, All of the similar girls to what Mon-musume has, are not the same girls. Just similar. most especially with Dullahan who is Extremely difference, and then the not as extreme but very different differences in the centaur, lamia, mermaid and harpy "was that my brother's truck" (with possibly the real Suu in the back" or it could have just been that the character with the slime girl in this "collection" was that character's brother, and Darling-kun and Suu weren't in existence yet.
