I can imagine the backstory:

Rin has a new boyfriend, and he is... pushy. He wants to have sex with her, but she is scared. Rin is still a virgin! So, she tells him "I want to... but I'm just scared."
He quickly comes up with a plan. "Here, why don't you ask a friend to... accompany you on your first time."
So she asks the only person she knows that would do it: Miku. Them everything plays out, and you get this picture.
