I hate how everyone assumes red hair automatically makes someone an Uzumaki. Karui has red hair and she's not an Uzumaki. Gaara has red hair and he's not an Uzumaki. I don't want Tayuya to be related to that blonde jackass. I want her to be badass on her own merits and training from Orochimaru not from some damn bloodline ability.

to hidden Anonymous #2, being Uzumaki is identified with 2 things....Red hair and violent temper. Their are NO pureblood uzumakis left,each one is bred outside the family atleast 1 generation.
Naruto is 1/2 uzumaki.
Karin is 1/2 uzumaki.
Tayuya is unknown but still holds the uzumaki traits.
Karui is 1/6th uzumaki....she probally could pick up seals instinctively,but wouldnt ever really get as good as an uzumaki.At most shed get as good as jiraiya.

Dunno what MBT means, but its probably correct. Don't forget, Temari lost against the just become chuunin, and still needed a summon to win...against someone who was already exhausted by the previous fight...which she would've won.
Temari vs. Tayuya would've been interesting if both were fresh, but that wasn't the case. Temari's summon is a one-trick pony, and she's weak in illusions, so the redhead would've the advantage. And both are leagues ahead of the other girls in their age group, as they are pathetically weak.
