I traced the kanji into Google Translate as best as I could, and what came back was "Su... Suitsu" (Which I'm guessing is Engrish for "Sweet" because the translation Google gave was "Acetic suites") and "Kuho~tsu" which is either a giggle or a Japanese surname.

"Kuho" is someone gasping for breath, either from pain or enduring immense pleasure (Rather obvious which one it is in this case). The tsu is a small tsu so you don't read it aloud。It just signifies an extended sound.
