Did you think Juri would be able to deal with the Demonic ki of the Satsui no Hadou if she was infected by it? Please, no joke answers. If she had it, wouldn't she be stronger then Evil Ryu (Not the Demonic Version with the red hair) the weaker version.

Huh...I'm pretty sure Ryu's headband belonged to Ken first, and was given to him at the end of one of the Alpha series...oh well.
