I only remember them saying you don't feel pain
and if you go back to episode 1 when kirito logs on the nerve gear has a check for touch,sight, hearing, taste and smell.
and it's clear they can taste, see and hear things so I'm sure they can feel things in game

They do have full senses in game, only pain is lessened to a tiny fraction of its full effect (although an Admin can turn that down or off). Of course, all the senses are programmed, so they may not always feel identical to real life.
As for things which apply directly to this sort of situation: feelings of sexual pleasure are actually amplified, hymens don't exist, nor does body hair (hair is really complex and strains system resources, so it is only rendered on heads to save processing power), and orgasms can be triggered VERY easily (Asuna has multiple just from Kirito massaging her breasts). Oh, and sexual stamina is actually still tied to the character's stamina stat, like everything else.

How about semen?, is it programmed?, cause I guess things as penis's measure and vaginal structure should be kept as a default design; cause in ep 1 Klein says that the nerve gear scans the user by their own hands touching themselves but kirito uses it dressed
