The pendulum in the middle moves back and forth automatically. It's attached to the positive pole.
The seesaw has a 'U' in the middle. It's attached to the girls and thus the negative pole.
The pendulum will hit each side of the 'U' whenever it swings. If the girls don't want to get shocked, they have to move up and down on the dildos to move the 'U' so the pendulum can't hit it.

What Anonymous#1193693 said is right. Both girls would get zapped because the 'U' is 1 solid metal bar. So they would both need to watch the pendulum and keep pace with it's swinging. From this rough sketch tho it looks like the pendulum wouldn't even reach the 'U'. Also with a car battery that is only 12 volts they really wouldn't feel much of anything with the current going from arm to arm. I think the electrodes should be put on the nipples or something. Then they would feel a shock from it, no where near enough to kill but like a hard zap of static electricity. I might have to design some of my own predicament bondage, kind of like this one. We need more of them. :D

Fails_As_A_Guy: I agree, though the u shaped bar would need tweaking to work right, its a good idea. Also, the "battery" i think isn't a battery at all, and is in fact an electric fence transformer. Something like that is high voltage, but current limited, and thus mostly safe to get shocked with.
