Technically, according to the season one I've seen, she's proposing marriage with no ceremony. What with the lips touch = vampire ninja insta-wed "law" they have. I like that the circumstances make no difference, they have to pledge their undying love even if it's unwanted or unintentional, so Yuki's little fall accident was adorable.
