This character, Takagi, is immortal. As depicted previously in the image set, she stabbed herself in the neck to scare her rapists off. In some of the other images with her you see her selling her flesh as food.

Um Immortal doesn't mean she has been a live for a very long time, it means she technically cannot die by any sort of normal mortal standards (such as, age, massive blood lose and mortal wounds in general). So she technically could be less then 100, without properly placing her exact origin time (I don't believe her original creator has ever listed such a thing yet) its hard to gauge how old she really is. She's generally used in images for numoures meat and sex jokes some witty, some dark, some both etc etc.

For those wondering, Tagaki is an original character created by the artist Tansuki. Tagaki is an immortal who basically gives up her flesh as food to sell because she cannot die. She's not from a manga or anime or anything.
