Irelia is pretty tanky also if you build "GA, Banshe veil, Trinity and so on.

Riven going QQQ, Irelia jumping to a squishy, using Lulu's ult, Ashe's arrow or simply Ahri charm

With Irellia, Guardian Angel, Sunfire cape, berserk greaves, zepher, blade of the ruined king, and wit's end.
Riven- Black cleaver, infinity edge, blood thirster, merc treads, youmu's ghostblade, and last whisper
Ahri-Rabbadon's deathcap, Zhonya's hourlgass, deathfire grasp, sorcerershoes, Rylai's crystal scepter, lyndries torment
Lulu (not that i build her this way)- Ruinc Burwalk, Banner of command, shard of true ice, merc treads, locket of iron solari, and shurelia's reverie.
Ashe- Phantom dancer, Statikk shiv, trinity force, blood thirster, infinity edge, berserker greaves.
