Him getting a hard-on in someone els'e presence doesn't come close to deserving this especially given the context that she may be out in the wilderness. In a public street in a city this would be deserving of jail-time or a hefty fine . . . . maybe a kick to the crotch. But in the wilderness just being naked with or without a hard-on would not deserve any punishment much less life long mutilation.
