I'm unclear on the specifics here but ltt challenger mentions taka tony all throughout his pixiv gallery. He also gives most of them an ltt challenger signature.

Most likely he's an artist that emulates tanaka_takayuki's (tony taka's real name) style, much like the doujin artist izurumi emulates sadamoto_yoshiyuki's style.
