Oh I get it. Look at the other images. The tentacles are holding onto her arms. My guess, sucking them dry making them useless for a possible escape. I personally think that is such a waste. She looks like she doesn't want to leave, and those arms could come in great use for the tentacles and herself for when she starts producing tentacle offspring.
