And Blizzard thought it wasn't good enough for those damn things to burrow so they made it so that they burrow AND charge. Thank you Blizzard with the Swarm Host and the Viper you made the Zerg yet another edge over the Protoss and Terrans.

They removed burrow charge. Also, Z seems kind of underpowered in HOTS, where P air is completely OP, and T is OP by virtue of being terran.
