This is not necessary regulation, but tacit rule for convenience.
For character's name, use this form:
char:frequently-used-name_(cyphers)
Don't tag full name, codename, etc cuz nobody will search and care, so this is totally waste of effort. Standardize them.
And, tag their appearing feature rather than their background story.
No one cares about:supernatural, dark power, foundation of Helios, Underground Union, blabla... No one F***ing cares, so don't tag these.
Tagging their appearances is enough.
