Dear heavens, I finally found out whats going on in this picture! It was puzzling me for months xD
Isn't Chousoku Henkei Gyrozetter vehicle-related? I'm pretty sure she's in some sort of mobile toilet, like in a bus or a train, and the ride is pretty rough so she lost her balance squatting. That's why she is desperately trying to stabilize herself by pressing her left hand and right knee against the wall to prevent herself to fall in the whole mess and spilling it all over the place in the process.
