Not really, Kikuri-Hime may not even be a npc but she IS still a distinguishable named character that appears in several games.

im not disputing the tagging of kikuri-hime, im just saying we dont tag every picture of espeon with every pokemon game we can find it in.

Anon 3: youe text makes no sense. Kikuri-hime is tagged under shin megami tensei because that's the main series; similar to how espeon pictures only need a Pokemon tag to identify that it's part of the pokemon franchise and not a specific game.
