The hair looks a bit rushed, there isn't a whole lot of detail overall, though namely in the shoes and fingers, and the ankles and shins look too thin and disproportionate compared to the thighs.

He's been doing rather large thighs for a bit now.

But it did seem like a quick image for the Twitter more than one spent a lot of time on.
