This is terrible artwork. The quality is good but.... that.. none of that is realistic. You obviously don't know as much about human anatomy as you think.
Her nipples are inverted. That's something that does happen to some people in real life.
Her hips are not expanding. The artist just didn't draw her bending forward very well.
As for her stomach, it's inflation. You are correct that the artist made a mistake there.
They have fairly plump waits considering the rest of their bodies, but that also happens. It's not particularly common, but it does happen.
