For those that don't know what they're saying, Artorias is pretty much using phrases that'd be used when calling on a wild dog (probably due to the looks of Guts' armor)
A rough translation would be pretty much "C'mere, c'mere. Don't be afraid. That's a good boy".
And as for Guts, he's...well, growling.

I'm surprised that their isn't more Berserk/Artorias cross overs, his pose on the boxart and movements in his fight are based off Guts when hes in the Berserk armour.
