Breasts are perfect, there are a lot of thin girls with huge natural breasts, even bigger than that. Google for "sexy venera" to see what I mean.

i'd say exaggerating breast size is a anime thing. breasts and eyes, heads and hair are bigger. legs are longer, bodies are more slender. the nose and mouth are smaller.
