It's more look like it is Su-35 because of paint scheme.
And definitely not Su-33 or Su-37.

It's an SU-35 if you look up SU-35 on google you can see the artist used one of the first images. thought it was a 27 at first however it's most likely a 35 due to the paint scheme and the tail is more pointy. Don't take my word for it cause I am not an expert on russian aircraft.
