Penis is too visible from the thumbnail for the tag.

Additionally, the artist has it tagged as "futanari" on Pixiv. Since there is no pussy visible in the image, the "newhalf" tag is also applicable. As far as I'm concerned, the tag can go either way, so there's no real reason to change it right away.
