the answer is experience. It takes years of abuse, er i mean training before the average person can enjoy something like this...

b/c our society raises teen girls to think that men shouldn't "abuse" them like this, and that being in situations like this is bad. Open society still has a very puritanical idea of sex while behind closed doors people do some very nasty, kinky, bdsm-related stuff. The only thing that's bad is when it's not consensual. But, it takes girls a long time to figure out what they want, not just sexually, but from a relationship, etc. Takes guys a while, too.
