hes censored because it takes the main focus away from him. The only thing the artist wants to show is the MC being screwed by a faceless OLD man. Thats the charm of it. You see it in doujins. Clearly the artist likes young female characters that can have any man they want but they'd prefer to get with older men old enough to be their grandfather
