People think Pokemon isn't as big as it is. Pokemon is absolutely fucking huge, but in an underground way. Almost everyone knows someone who likes Pokemon in one way, shape or form. Do they know this though? No, they don't. It's a guilty pleasure, like filling your bath tub with mozarella sauce and pretending you're a meatball. That's why people don't think it's as big as it is, but it is!

When I first heard the news this afternoon I groaned in agitation.
New Pokemon? After only 2 years? Game Freak pls?

But then I saw THE MONS AND THE 3D AND THE AGHUHMHBNFDCY

I think this is gonna be a great generation, to be honest.

It'll be three years this September, not two. Even then it's not too soon. Gen I - II was three years, and Gen II - III was three years.
