For those that don't get it, the artist Jyubei created Diva Mizuki based on Mizuki Tachibana from Gravion.
The people that create the Meet and Fuck games made their own flashes based on Diva Mizuki, and this image shows Mizuki (drawn by Jyubei) masturbating to the Mizuki that Meet and Fuck did. It's hilarious if you know the history behind it.
