Easy now. Could be Butterbeer, not necessarily of Harry Potter fame, mind you, but the Tudor era drink. The gorgeous medieval city prompted this idea. Unusual but beautiful this incredibly vast background monument which combines gothic architecture with a dome & cupola. ^_^
