It looks to be the "young royal" version of Yoruichi. I think we saw her in flashbacks when she fought Soifon back when Rukia was going to be executed.

Everybody has names above their pictures,so there are not 3 Rukias, and the one with the dark skin IS definitly Yoruichi. I don't know why their are two versions of Inoue and Rukia, time frame?
