Yes yuetchi, and she is crying after 'round 1'. I think the artist is devious with those toe separators and his tickling hands don't touch her clitoris, so he wants to torment her fully first! He could have drawn her being tickled and tormented by women or hands with feathers but the bionic or robot hands are meaner.

I like to think this is definitely a punishment machine for lolis who misbehave in school. So she definitely knows it's about to tickle a lot. The machine is nicer than hands or feathers, because it never gets tired. It makes the perfect punishment, since she can be seated for as long as it is decided she should be tickled. The robot hands never get tired, once it started, she could be left alone without supervision, with the knowledge that once it's finished, she'll be much better behaved. ♥
