I think those guys are Victor and Vincent. Don't know what their japanese names are, but they appear in two paralogues, and in the cutscene before and after the Golden Gaffe DLC map. Either way, they should probably be tagged.

And that glow in his eyes... I think he might be a Risen. In that case, "zombie" tag?

As far as we know fellow anonymous, Risen are usually grotesque, undead forms of a rotting corpse. The only instances I can think of at the moment that have Grima's power in a living body would be from Grima themselves, Robin, Validar, Gangrel, or Aversa.
Plus, Risen usually have red glowy eyes instead of purple ones.
