I like how Morgan is depicted wearing her Tactician outfit in spite of the fact she wouldn't wear it as a Manakete. (Which is sad considering the default Manakete outfit in this game.)

The pic would be more accurate if Morgan's hair color matches that of Nowi's or Tiki's (since female Morgan's hair color matches that of the mother).

And how, pray tell, did you manage to come up with that conclusion? Depicted here is every possible manakete that can appear in the game, so it would make sense if the opposite of what you're suggesting is true, even if she's wearing her tactician clothes.
