Eggs are good for Everyone, but I would recommend using Sea Salt instead of Regular Salt.. And not use straight out Butter, maybe something Healthier, like other kinds of Substitutions that Your Body can Enjoy & Tolerate & can basically Afford.. <3 <3 <3
