"Drunkard" actually sounds really cute when you use it to refer to a girl. I don't know, we do often see girls who are drunk, but when you say "drunkard" you think of some fat, hairy, unshaven, old, homeless guy who wanders the streets with a bottle of vodka in his hand. But in this case it refers to a cute girl. It's like, she looks cute, and she has a certain flaw to her, which makes her even cuter!
